DwaneAllenBHFSDr. Allen has graduate degrees in psychology and education with emphases in psychopathology/emotional disorders and research/statistics. He has completed one-year of post-doctoral training at the University of North Texas’ Neurotherapy Lab in which he provided neurotherapy and QEEG services for patients diagnosed with PTSD, Autism/Asperger’s, Substance Abuse Disorders, Traumatic Brain Injuries, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities. Dr. Allen is a licensed professional counselor, board certified LPC-Supervisor, certified school principal, certified special education teacher, and certified educational diagnostician.

Dr. Allen has made over 100 national, regional, and local presentations along with published articles in the fields of education, mental health, and traumatic brain injuries.He has also been a member of the Board of Directors for the Society of Social Scientists and an editor for the Journal Of Social Scientists.

Karolyn Gray holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from the Texas Southern University. She has served as a Clinical Director for the State Of South Carolina and as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor for the State Of South Carolina.  In Texas she works as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and Case Manager for Behavioral Health & Family Services.

Lauren Wallach has Master Degrees in Education and Counseling and her Doctorate in Youth and Family Studies. She is a certified Educational Diagnostician and Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor. Her experience spans over 28 years dedicated to improve the lives of children. She shares her expertise with teachers, parents and counseling interns through consultation, supervision, and workshops. Dr. Wallach focuses on the Mind-Body connection to improve and enhance clients’ emotional well- being; blending physical fitness and mental health.

Temeca is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with a Master’s degree in Professional Development and a Bachelors’ degree in Psychology. Temeca also is doctorate candidate in psychology. She has been in the mental health field for 10 years and the substance abuse field for five years. She offers counseling for both youth and adults.

William Eck, M.D. has graduates degrees specializing in medicine, neurophysiology, and biology. He has multiple years experience as a Physician’s Assistant, and board certified neurotherapist working with adolescents and adults with neurological and addiction disorders. Dr. Eck has over twenty years of biofeedback and neurotherapy experience. He served as a neurotherapist for several mental health institutions in the Southwest Region of the United State before arriving at Behavioral Health & Family Service years.

Ron Fritsch, Ed.D., Behavioral Analyst

He has thirty years experience working within universities, schools, and juvenile detention centers as a Professor, Special Education Director, Special Education Teacher, and Behavioral Consultant.
