LaDwanee (Dwane) Allen has graduate degrees in psychology and education with emphases in psychopathology/emotional disorders and research/statistics. He has completed one-year of post-doctoral training at the University of North Texas’ Neurotherapy Lab in which he provided neurotherapy and QEEG services for individuals diagnosed with PTSD, Autism/Asperger’s, Substance Abuse Disorders, PTSD, Chronic Pain, Traumatic Brain Injuries, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities.He has served as an Assistant Professor, School Administrator, a member of the Board of Directors for the Society of Social Scientists and an editor for the Journal Of Social Scientists. Dr. Allen has made over 100 national, regional, and local presentations along with published articles in the fields of education, mental health, and addictions. Currently, he services as the CEO and Clinical Director for Behavioral Health & Family Services.
Jahi Anderson, M.D.
Dr. Anderson is a top board-certified psychiatrist with over 10 years of experience. Dr. Anderson specializes in the treatment of anxiety, ADHD, depression, both adults and teenagers. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and he has extensive training and expertise in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and mental health in general. His goal is to provide the best psychiatric care possible for his patients.
Mary Francis is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and currently licensed to practice in Texas. Her previous experience includes work in health care and clinical organizations. Mary Francis is qualified to diagnose and treat a wide array of conditions across the entire lifespan.

Karolyn Gray is mental health professional with over thirty years of experience within mental health and mental health administration. Karolyn’s thirty-year tenure involved serving as the Human Services Clinical Director for Children, Adolescent, and Family Services at the Charleston/Dorchester Community Mental Health Center in South Carolina and working in several hospital and non-profit organizations.

Annette Jerome is mental health professional with over thirty years of experience within school, hospitals, and private practice settings. She provides psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for Behavioral Health and Family services.

Temeca Morris is mental health professional with over ten years’ experience working in mental health, higher education, and non-profit organizations. Ms. Morris is working on her Psychological Doctorate with an emphasis on mindfulness therapy, addiction disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Checking and recording vital signs, addressing medical concerns, reviewing medications & medical records, handling prescription refills, and patient referrals. She also responds to telephone messages from patients and supports the staff’s efficiency.
